we bought 21.33 acres on april 30 this year out in plano by beaver dick park. this is what it looked like in early april of this year. lots of pokys and cactus and sagebrush and lava rocks and sand. there is a little ditch that runs through the place and we had to spend some extra cash to get some decent water rights. tank and nella have already started to build a fort on the place over by the ditch. and dad is trying to figure out how to water some ground so he can have a pasture for some cows.

Congrats you 2. Now you can be farmers...put a house there with cows all around....then we can call you Loren Blanchard.
